Matt Hayes in Moab

Conation Confessional: Matt Hayes in Moab, Day 1

Moab, Utah has long been the mountain biking mecca in the United States. So it seemed only natural that we should hold the inaugural Dawn Patrol MTB gear testing event there.

To make it all happen, we assembled a crack team of gear testers, all of whom have extensive experience not only riding bikes, but reviewing them and writing about them as well. Off we drove to Moab from Colorado, a dozen bikes and a ton of parts and accessories in tow.

We wanted to get as many fresh perspectives on the gear as possible. But we also wanted to get a sense of the fun and adventure we knew we would be treated to in Moab. So Conation Collective’s founder Matt Hayes was kind enough to lend us the beautiful Conation Westy to set up our Conation Confessional.

In this episode, Matt Hayes gives us his impressions of a wonderful start to the day in Moab. Be sure to check out all the other Conation Confessional episodes, featuring Brittany Jones, Russell Eich, Dan Cavallari, and Mark Still, over at DawnPatrolMTB.com.
