Dan Cavallari is the founder of Dawn Patrol MTB. Back in April 2022, he and a motley crew of talented writers (who also shred MTBs) went to Moab, Utah to start testing gear for the DawnPatrolMTB.com launch.
If you don’t know Dan Cavallari, well, that’s not surprising. He spent the last six years as the technical editor at VeloNews Magazine, which focuses more on road and gravel bikes. But Cavallari grew up mountain biking, working in bike shops, and otherwise finding ways to sneak out into the woods to ride trails.
